Our prices start at £595, depending on your needs. We offer a wide range of services, from a simple consultation and drawings right the way through to 3D visuals, planning or building regulations drawings & layout, structural calculations, submitting your application and acting as your agent. For an additional fee, we can also help you find a builder and obtain like-for-like quotes to carry out your work. We can’t give you a price now, but if you book a consultation, we’ll be able to discuss your project in-depth and then go from there.
Yes. The best way to make a start is to book a free consultation. This will allow us to thoroughly research your property, location and recent planning decisions before we sit down with you to discuss your project, ideas and aspirations.
We’re based in Mansfield but cover most of its surrounding areas, including:

If it’s relatively simple and falls within permitted development, you won’t need to get planning permission, so can move from drawings to build quite quickly. If you need to go through planning and building control, this can take several weeks, depending on your project’s complexity. However, your project manager will take care of this side of things for you, from submitting your application to liaising with the planning authorities to guide things to a successful outcome.
